How we are paid

We are usually paid a commission by the insurance company. Depending on the insurance company, our agency may also charge a broker fee. We will tell you the exact amount, in writing, before you buy.

Ask us to explain the premium, any broker fee and the payment terms shown in your documents separately. For questions about an amount you already paid, contact us with the relevant document.
